About Fox Meadow:

Coming home is a pride and a pleasure at the Fox Meadow community, where studiously crafted colonial homes create a welcoming charm on lovely, quiet streets.

Combining superior workmanship, attention to every detail, and the best materials, a Fox Meadow home subtly displays its high caliber in every room. The overall effect is extraordinary comfort and grace.

Stunning oak hardwood flooring begins at the entry foyer and continues throughout the living, dining and family rooms. Every inch of the home is lovingly crafted; the oaken handrail of the dramatic entryway stairs is matched perfectly to the flooring.

Gourmet designer kitchens offer the best oak, maple, or cherry cabinetry; granite or laminate countertops; Kohler sinks, ceramic tile floors and a built-in pantry closet. Ceramic tile is offered in the baths, as well, and dual sinks are built into the master bath for convenience and luxury. Cultured marble vanities are an option. Fireplaces are offered with marble surrounds in the living room.

The ample bedrooms come with wall-to-wall carpeting, and the home itself comes pre-wired for phone and cable. Every detail is accounted for.

The four-bedroom colonials range from over 2500 square feet in size to 3350 square feet, with two- or three-car garages available, depending on the model.

Come home to Fox Meadow. Come home to extraordinary comfort and grace.

New Windsor is one of Orange County’s choicest regions. Life here offers its residents the endless possibilities of the best of almost anything.

Residential areas are safe and exquisite. The city is rich in history, like the beautifully-preserved New Windsor Cantonment, a circa-1782 Revolutionary war site. The city’s recreation department is active for families, with an assortment of programs for preschoolers to adults.

The city’s economy itself is robust; local merchants thrive. They are further bolstered by the even larger commercial enterprises, drawn, too, to this city’s tasteful industrial park. Retailers, too, make their home here, so shopping is fun and easy.

Sister city Newburgh – virtually next-door – offers high-style restaurants, art galleries, and even more major retailers, including a massive Barnes and Noble booksellers, as well as one of three of the Hudson Valley’s most famous farm and gift stores, Adams Fairacre Farms.

Nearby, too, is the celebrated Hudson River, known for its natural beauty and for its explorers. Residents often take the daily spring and summer boat tours from the Newburgh waterfront, or simply enjoy the view.

New Windsor is a hub to almost anywhere, with Route 84 close by, as well as Route 9W. Stewart International Airport is only about a ten-minute drive; so is the New York State Thruway, connecting commuters easily whether they’re heading north towards Albany or south to New York City. The Metro-North Railway goes directly to New York City and other points north and south from the nearby town of Beacon.
